It's Friday night..

The fourth of July weekend and DH and I are sitting on our computers, doing nothing, while DD sleeps. And I'm totally content. I can't even believe how much life has changed.

    We just got done with bedtime baths, DH is playing some video game, DS is playing quietly with his toys, DD is on her play mat and I am sitting here enjoying a beer! I think we are getting ready to watch a movie and enjoy artichoke dip when DS hits the sack. And maybe throw in a little bit of hanky panky is DD isn't Miss Fussy pants again tonight. 

    Typical friday in our house!

    DH is on a run to Walmart while Eliza and I hang out. We need meds to make us happy. She needs gripe water and I need gas-x. I also requested soft vanilla ice cream. The kind you get in a klondike bar. So hopefully he'll get me klondike bars.

    Pretty much the same, LO went down a little earlier this evening than usual.  DH made me watch Real Genius, which he and his brothers quote constantly, and I had never seen. 

    I am finishing a glass of wine, and hoping that LO will sleep as well as he did the past few nights again, but I am not holding my breath!


    His three plus my one; we are all excited to welcome a little one!

    You are my hero. DH did the deed (ew I hate that phrase) the other night and I was still in a little pain - maybe I'm just a mega wuss. And artichoke dip, delish!

    lol yea I still have to do my thank you notes too :) I'm just watching tv and posting on like all the bump posts and enjoying an hour of quiet before I go to sleep too. Yea my how things have changed.

    I was sitting inside breastfeeding listening to Canada fireworks (we live near a big city park). I totally could have carried him out to the backyard with a blanket and fed him out there and watched the fireworks but I was feeling way too lazy- gotta love motherhood.
