Hey ladies I dont normally post but like reading how supportive you guys are when it comes to VABCS. I recently just gave birth to a bby boy on June !8 which was suppose to be a VBAC but ended in a c section. Im not to disappointed though cause i made the call and wanted it. Just to give you a quick version of it is I was induced on the 17th and was in labor for about 12 hours when it came time for me to push my uterus was very thin due to me giving birth just 10 months ago. If I would have kept pushing I would have tore my uterus badly. My doctor was very supportive in my decsion and did what I asked which I liked made me feel more incontrol of my situation. Good luck to all the other mommys going or who had VBACS.
Re: My VBAC turned rcs
Congrats on your new baby! You must feel better knowing it was your decision and not one that a doctor made. Good job for taking control of your situation and doing what was right.
How'd they induce you? My doc would only consider breaking my water because of risk of uterine rupture from meds.
