30 Day Shredders...come in.

I want a stomach like Anita!!! Too bad I never even did pre-pregnancy.

 I'm on day 4. I really do feel the burn. Maybe it's a tough video or maybe I'm in terrible shape (or both?), but so far I like it.

  • I want a body like Jillian. Holy cow. I did the video twice this week (tried one other time but baby woke up). I think it's hard, too. My arms and legs are super sore.

    I'm planning to repeat week one next week since I didn't do the full 5 days this week. Hope it makes a difference! I'd like to start running again in the fall and don't want to feel like I'm starting from scratch.

  • I once did 30DS every day for 30 days and had pretty good results, although I got extremely bored!  I kept a diary online, but now I can't find it.

    , that I started when I did her Making the Cut routine (which is a book similar to 30DS, requires a gym).  I did this pretty much up to our trip to Italy.  I didn't journal it, but I was happy with the results.  Some photos here: https://munnfunn.blogspot.com/search/label/travels (Compare Italy to the Texas photos, I definitely got firmer)

    I definitely saw results in my abs and legs with 30DS + I remember that I did not change eating habits at all.  Which meant going out for drinks about 5x per week, along with snacks at the happy hours!

  • I would also kill for a body like Anita's, but I never had that to begin with, so I'll take what I can get! Wink I'm on Level 2 Day.... Ummm...Hmmm... I have no idea what day I'm on!! Ooops. I have only missed one day so far throughout the whole video. I am definitely seeing results, not so much on the scale, but with my measurements. I have lost about 5-6 lbs, and lost an inch around my hips, and almost 2 inches around my flabby belly. (I didn't measure my natural waist because I wanted to see the results from my flabby tummy/beer gut.) I'm already trying to decide which video to try next after I'm done shredding.... Decisions, decisions....
  • I just got my DVD yesterday, so I plan on starting on Monday since our weekend is too busy and hubby hogs the living room TV on weekends when he's home. Unfortunately the living room is the only place I have enough room to work out. I can't wait to feel that burn though, since it'll mean I'm losing all this pregnancy weight!
