I'm trying to pack mine this weekend to have ready since it looks like our baby boy will be a July baby.
It was only 2 years ago I gave birth to DD but honestly I can't remember what all I took last time.
Here's my list so far: 2 pair nightgowns or pjs, sleep bra, breastpads, gigantic postpartum underwear (didn't use them last time, but just in case of c-section.), maternity yoga pants and/or maternity dress for coming home, 2 newborn outfits for DS, newborn cap and socks, boppy, breastpump, birthing ball, phone chargers, laptop and charger, camera and charger, toiletries, flip flops for shower.....
Am I forgetting anything?
Re: What will you pack in your hospital bag?
I'll be using this when I'm ready to pack!

i would add some tums to your bag. just in case you've got some massive heartburn during labor.
i had it last time and it was so bad it made me vomit. BUT they wouldn't/couldn't give me anything bc you're not supposed to eat or whatever.
thankfully my labor nurse was awesome and got some from another nurse(like her personal tums) and gave me some. i'm definitely bringing my own this time!!

#4 BFP 1/26/14 EDD 09/29/14 Born 10/01/14
i have this list from my hospital. i'll pack it up around 37 weeks or earlier if my dr. thinks there is reason to believe i'll go early.
