  I made mine from a sports bra. I didn't have the $$ to go buy one at the time, and it has worked well for me for four months now!

  Medela sells one and the Buy Buy Baby by our house sells it.  I really like it.  I think it was only about $25-$30.

  BFP #1 2/10/10: No HB on 4/29/10 at 15 wk, D&C 4/30/10, Baby measured 11-12 wks. First Pregnancy and first loss. BFP #2 7/25/10: Blake Daniel arrived 3/25/11 BFP #3 3/9/12: Our Turkey Baby! Due Date: 11/19/12

  I use a PumpEase bra at work. I really like it. You measure the distance between your nipples to get the right size. It is very soft, and I got it in a cute leopard pattern. Hey - anything to make pumping at work more pleasant!

  I found this on Kelly mom https://www.kellymom.com/bf/pumping/hands-free-pumping.html  it works with a regular nursing bra, which was great so thatI I did not  to have to buy multiple hands free ones for work when I hands free pump most!
