  Update: On break cycle, though I started to temp a bit after O. I'm at CD11, and the last two days have each seen temp drops of "0.2" each, though I'm still above the cover line.  My BBs are usually sore from O on through the 2ww, and this time is no different, though I do not have the "AF is coming" cramps I usually get in the week before she arrives.  Not sure if that should give me hope or not.  I'm pretty much trying to figure out how to cope again when she shows.  Sorry if I sound negative, I feel better than I sound!

  QOTW: House Hunting!!!  Whoo-hoo!!!  And in theory, we might actually stay put for 5+ years... I'm SO excited and can't WAIT for the stability.  I hope to grab a burger and a dog off the barbie sometime the weekend too... Happy 4th of July to all!!!

  Update: Testing next Friday!

  QOTW: Our weekend plans fell thru and I couldn't be happier! I am going to clean the house tomorrow. Maybe do some shopping for my upcoming vacation and getting some burgers from Fresh Market to grill on Monday. We will be outside a lot playing in dd's little pool and just having fun.

  Hi...no longer in the 2ww...got my perioud a few days ago..oh well....so my update is that i went to the genetic counselor on wednesday..she eased our fears a lot...basically, in a nutshell, our children won't have fragile x....our childrens children though, "may" become a carrier, and my childrens childrens childrens (lol) may be affected or may just continue to be a carrier...so we are talking more than 100 years away of a chance of something happening...plus, if alexa isn't a carrier (we will have her tested around age 18) then nothing happens...so im relieved somewhat...

  Also, I am finally losing all my fertililty med weight..i packed on a good 12-15 lbs..and on my small frame (4 ft 11 inches) it was getting the best of me....so i went on weight watchers a couple of weeks ago and have lost 7 lbs. I am so excited...I have also been going to the gym everyday and running...

  I will be starting my IVF meds on july 28th, so my break is coming to an end.I will be starting birth control shortly. And away we go...again

  QOTW:  We will be going to the Mets/Yankees game tomorrow, Beach on Sunday and BBQ at my mother in laws on Monday! Happy 4th everyone!!

  UPDATE: AF showed up last night, so I guess I am on CD2 now and waiting to hear from the RE to see what we are doing next.

   

  QOTW: Tomorrow is my son's birthday party and then on Sunday we have a baptism party and I am not sure what we will do on Monday.  But I am very excited to celebrate my DS 5th birthday on Tuesday.

  Update:  I had my NT scan on Wed and the tech and doc that reviewed it said everything looks good.  Now I just have to wait til next Thurs to get the results of the b/w portion when I go to see my OB.

  QOTW:  Tomorrow night we are going to an Angels/Dodgers game.  On the 4th, we are having a BBQ here at home with some family and friends.  We also will buy some fireworks to do and watch the rest going off near by.  Hope everyone has a HAPPY 4th of JULY!!!

  Update: CD8 on my break cycle, we will be trying naturally though.

  QOTW: Satrday is our 6 year anniversary so we are getting a hotel and going out to a nice dinner.  MIL is watching DD and our dogs.  Sunday we have a 4th of July party at a friend's house, and Monday we have a 4th of July party at my in-law's house.  I am excited for all of the events, but kind of wish we had a little more down time.

  I just posted an update. I guess we are on a break. For the 4th we are going to our mountain condo. DS loves the parade on the 4th. I'll be glad to have he distraction. I also foresee drinking lots of wine.

  I've been keeping up with my lurking and I know that many of you are going through a rough time. Just want you all to know that you're in my thoughts and I'm sending big HUGS your way.

  QOTW: Well, since I'm the lone Canadian on the board, I guess I'm the only one not celebrating the 4th of July! We Canadians are celebrating Canada's "birthday" today, however, so if there are any red and white lurkers out there, Happy Canada Day! From what I understand the festivities are pretty similar to 4th of July celebrations - parades, family activities, BBQ's, cottage/lake getaways, visiting friends/family, and of course, fireworks! I will definitely enjoy my long weekend

  Update: IUI #3 completed today....2ww begins

  QOTD:  Work all day tomorrow :-(  Then we are going to my parent's friends cottage on Sunday, parade on Monday and picnic with friends in the afternoon

  ~after 34 cycles we finally got our 2nd little bundle of joy~

  Update: My first hcg came back after my (repeat) D&C from my molar pregnancy and the level dropped from 11,000 to 327. I am hopeful that in just a few short weeks it will be at zero again, and we can begin seeing an RE to figure out why I keep losing them... (though I can't try for 6-9 or even 12 months). 

  QOTW: Going to visit family out of town. Mine and DH's parents all live close to each other so we will be making the rounds and hopefully attending a parade.

  Forced break, including two Hysteroscopies in October to remove retained tissue.
  BFP 12/29/11! Betas @ 10 dpo = 85, 14 dpo= 498, 22 dpo = 7242
  Heard HB 1/24/12. 144 bpm!

  I am on CD26 of my third cycle with clomid, just waiting to see what happens.

  Update:  IUI #2 was a no go and really left me discouraged.  Since I O'd early we missed any chance of something happening because DH was out of town.  This cycle left me feeling very discouraged.  Might take a break next cycle, I feel like all these meds are throwing my whole body off.

  QOTW:  Camping! I fully expect AF to show on the trip, fun!

  Update: Had a Dr appt last week because I did Crinone for 10 days to try to bring on AF. He told me to wait another week and call if it didn't start. If not, then he thinks he needs to refer me to an RE because then it'd be out of his realm. Well since that appt, I've been spotting but nothing full-on yet. COME ON, AF! I am supposed to go in on CD 3 for very important bloodwork.

  QOTW: My DD's birthday was today so we've been celebrating all weekend - yesterday was her party. For the actual 4th of July, we don't have any plans though!

  Update:  Today is Tuesday the 5th, so I'm a little late with this. It's cd12.  I got a high reading on my fertility monitor today, and so I'm thinking I could O any time from Thursday to Monday.  I just talked with my RE's nurse, and we are thinking that "just for fun" I may go in when I get my peak (especially if it's Thursday or Friday) and have an u/s to see what's going on with follies and my lining on this unmedicated cycle. It won't change our plan for next month if it doesn't work, but it will let me know if I should bother with the hCG shots after O or if we should totally take a break and give me the freedom to get back into hard core running for the month (in jamiebeth's spirit of getting rid of IF med weight), plus have a few margaritas (not in the spirit of jamiebeth's getting rid of IF weight).  

  Assuming our break cycle doesn't work, we are pulling out all the stops for IUI#3.  Femara, double the menopur from last month, Viagra suppositories, and depending on the u/s after the menopur, back to back IUIs.  Of course, most likely I will be out of town when my betas are due, again.  This time in a small town in WV where my MIL lives where I don't think HIPPA is quite the big deal it is everywhere else....

  QOTW:  We spent the whole week prior to the 4th with my sister and BIL and niece.  And my mom and gram. We had just landed when some friends asked if we could grill with them last night. So, instead of unpacking and doing laundry and leisurely-ly getting ready for the week ahead, and getting DS to sleep back at his normal time, I started unpacking at *10*, after DS finally went to sleep. I wish his teachers good luck today!
