No. I have a flat crib protector pad on my bed underneath my sheets. We did this when DD was potty training just in case she had an accident in the bed. I guess it'll come in handy in case my water breaks while laying in bed, but rubber sheets just don't sound comfortable!
No - I know many people are concerned about their water breaking in bed but I can't see buying such sheets on a just in case. With DD I never put any on and my water broke in the hospital.
We have a nice waterproof mattress protector on our bed. It's good to have no matter what. Here's the one we have. It doesn't make any noice and lets air flow through.
I have a flat water proof pad under the sheets on my side of the bed. I used it for my 1st pg. I kept it on for awhile after DS was born too, just in case I had any bleeding or milk leaking. I was glad to have it for DS spitting up & diaper blow outs too. (I nursed him in bed side-laying a lot.)
We have a mattress pad that I think is waterproof...I need to double check.
Funny story about middle of the night water breaking...when I was a baby and my mom was pg with my little sister, her water broke in the night--her and my dad had a water bed (it was the 80s lol) and so they just let my uncle know that they were on their way to the hospital (he lived with us at the time) and never mentioned that her water broke. In the bed. My uncle thought he'd seize the chance to sleep on a "cozy" water bed, and ran and jumped in--right into my mom's amniotic fluid. He assumed there was a leak somewhere in the bed, and slept there the rest of the night. He didn't find out until later what it was.
The best part of that story? My uncle is SUPER OCD and a germaphobe...the kind of guy who freaks out if ANYONE uses his own special hairbrush...so of all people who that had to happen to, it's just too perfect it was him. Hehe.

Thanks for the reminder - I need to put one of our flat waterproof pads under my half of the bed. We have a million because DS still can't sleep through the night without accidents.
Re: are you using rubber sheets?
This, weve always had a mattress cover that also happens to be waterproof.
