Im sure this has been asked plenty of times-after that being said, does anyone know of good articles/websites with information on almond, organic cow milk, goat ect.? Thanks so much
I just found out that soy milk is just bad in general, so im looking now on the web to find out more info. just wanted to see if anyone has found anything already!

Re: web site suggestion for alternatives to milk?
I am not trying to defend soy, but certainly organic, non-GMO soy milk is the healthiest soy option. And just remember, there are studies against almost any food. We use rice milk for baking, but while you can get it fortified, it doesn't really have fat or protein. We are stuck, but my child has allergies and cannot risk cross-contamination from MANY of the products out there.
