middle name for Matthew

My husband and I are stuck searching for a middle name for Matthew. We have a long last name so we prefer a one or two syllable middle name that'll go with Matthew.

We're thinking Jacob, James, Bryce or Chase. Suggestions please :)

    Out of those choices I'd say James

    I like Matthew Chase and I don't normally like Chase :)

     My brother is Matthew Allan (family middle)

     I reckon you could get away with something quite quirky or outthere seeing its a traditional first name if you wanted to :) I also think traditional names would work well.

    Of the ones you listed, I like James or Jacob.
