What do you use to help you remember?

I was just curious about what everyone else uses to help them remember which boob to start the next feeding on. I have a thumb ring that I switch from hand to hand depending on which side I should start the next feeding on. Surprisingly, it has helped me a lot.

What (if anything) do you use to help you remember?

A hair tie, I always keep one on my wrist anyway, so I am used to it. I have one for my hair and one for which side

I used to use a bobby pin on my bra strap. Now I just feel; if I'm wrong it's not that big of a deal any more.

At night I just unhook whichever side of my nursing camisole I will be using next- the cup still basically stays up so it's not uncomfortable. During the day I just try my best to remember.

We nurse on the couch, so I just leave the nursing pillow on whatever side of the couch I used last. If it gets moved or we're out or whatever, I just go by heavier or more aching boob.

I use a dinosaur silly band that my cousin's 7 year old daughter gave to me:) She even said that I could give it to C when she got old enough! How sweet:)
