How did you work with a nap schedule?

Isabel is an inconsistent napper and still nurses to sleep still unless in the stroller or car.

So I am hoping my MH can get her to sleep via stroller or maybe during a part of the day she doesn't nap.

What worked for you?  I figure that in the end she will sleep if she needs to and I will be there albeit working but I can help if I really need to.

    Personally- MH or not- you really need to work on sleep independence- and teaching your LO how to sleep on her own. There are really good sleep books out ther with a great advice. And this has nothing to do with CIO.

    At 9 mo- she should be taking 2 good naps a day.

    I have my babysitter come over right before they nap. I just use the time that she's here to get a break and not have to feel guilty about it because I know someone is interacting and playing with them.
