AW: LO finally showed us the goods today!!

So, DH and I can finally say that we are proud members of Team Pink!  Our stubborn little girl finally gave our u/s tech the shot she needed at the very END of our ultrasound today.  I didn't think the tech was going to be able to tell what the sex was again.  The u/s tech told us she is 80% sure that the baby is a girl.  But, then, literally the last minute of the u/s, she said "oh wait im 100% sure its a girl now."  She said she saw the famous 3 lines/dots.  I honestly had a hard time seeing the 3 lines but sometimes I have no clue what I'm looking at on an ultrasound-LOL!!  I don't think she printed out the u/s pic that she used that showed the 3 lines so I can't share that with you-sorry!

Some more good news is that she was able to get a complete view of the heart.  She said all 4 chambers looked perfect.  She was also able to get a view of the hands and fingers since the fists were clenched last time. 

We have had a busy day since our u/s at 11:30am.  My mom came with us to the u/s so she took DH and I out to lunch afterwards-Olive Garden soup, salad, and breadsticks-yummy!  Then, DH and I came home and did some cleaning in our bedroom and the soon-to-be nursery.  Lastly, we started our registry at BRU tonight.  It was overwhelming but I'm glad we started it.  I'm going to go back with my SIL next week to add some more items. 

I'm so happy that I finally know that this baby is a girl and she is healthy.  It is the best feeling ever!

    YUMMY - Olive Garden!  I'm jealous!  Sounds like a super busy day so you definitely deserved the Olive Garden treat!

    YAY! Finally!!!!! So glad it went well and that you're joining me on team PINK! Eek for little girls!
    After two losses, a rainbow arrived! DD born 11.5.11
    Dx with severe Asherman's syndrome after a botched PP D&C (pursuing med mal)
    Hysteroscopy Oct '13, not enough progress 
    Hysteroscopy Jan '14, given an end-of-the-road diagnosis
    Joined International Asherman's Association April '14 
    Not ready to give up yet.
    Hysteroscopy with Dr. Isaacson (an expert in the USA) 6.2.14: Good prognosis, at least 50% of cavity open.
    Repeat hysteroscopy scheduled with Dr. I on 6.16.14. Great progress. Unbenched!!!!
    Discussing actively TTC with DH after the heartache of the last year. We're both reeling.

    Woohooooooooooo!  I am so glad that your sweet little GIRL was cooperative this time!  It's great that you got to see her healthy heart and other find details of her anatomy from the ultrasound.  It sounds like yesterday was a perfect day for sure, and it's great that your mom could come with you and your DH! =)

    Now I can't wait to find out what her name is. =)
