Baby teething and breast feeding challenges

My LO is teething, and his top tooth rubs a raw spot on my breat. Any tips on how to keep breastfeeding yet not in pain?

    Is he biting you or it's just rubbing from his latch?

    DD1 born 5/24/10.

    Missed M/C at 14 wks Feb 2012.

    DD2 born 5/14/13.

    Missed M/C at 9 wks July 2015.

    Expecting someone new 4/17/17.

    I have a similiar situation each time DS gets a new tooth (he has 5 now). It seems to only last for a few days to a week with each tooth, although I'm sure that doesn't sound great either. I would try repositioning him and would try to pay attention to which angles/positions made it more bearable.
