Happy Holiday Weekend Everyone!!!

Welcome to the IUI check in for us ladies that are either currently in an IUI cycle or going to start one in the near future. Newbie?s are always welcome to this group, just let me know you would like to join, post an update below, and I will add you to the list for next week.

Hey there,

So as I have posted, IUI1 was a fail. On to number 2! I go in for a follie check July 8th and if this cycle is like the last I will most likely have the procedure done the 11th or 12th. They decided to keep me on 100mg of clomid since I produces a nice follie with it, however I wanted them to up it so I could have more then one target for the few swimmers DH has...but they said no. WHO is paying WHOM here??!!

QOTW ? If you could have any super power you wanted, what would you choose? The power to make myself prego whenever I wanted! Oh wait, some lucky women have that power. ha. I guess it would be the ability to take away pain from others. Physical and emotional pain.

I have a follie check tomorrow morning. IUI should be Monday or Tuesday (that's my guesstimate anyway).

QOTW ? If you could have any super power you wanted, what would you choose?

Hmmm...I would want to be able to fly! (and of course snap my fingers and be PG but I presume we'd all want that superpower)

On another note...with the exception of Mrs. Rich, I'm really bummed that I don't see any BFPs past IUI#5, and even those are scant Crying

Can you please add me to the list? I'm awaiting IUI #2. Tonight is my last night of Femara, them Menopur on Saturday, and follie check on Tuesday. I'm thinking my IUI will be a week from today, but we shall see!

QOTW: I have always wanted to fly. As a kid, I used to tie a towel around my neck and hurl myself off the highest step possible. Amazingly, no broken bones to show for it...haha

Yep...bumms me a little, too. But, giving it a shot anyway.

I'm on CD11 of IUI#8. On CD8 I had a 13,14,and 15 so I thought I'd have three eggs ready to go by this weekend, but now I have a 12, 13, and 18, so likely we'll only have 1. Booo. I would estimate my IUI to be Sunday or Monday.

QOTW - I would be able to take out all the unhealthiness from food. I could eat anything I wanted and it would provide only nutrients. And I'd be able to do it for anyone who wanted me to do it for them, too.

Hi everyone......feeling down today about our failed IUI....I was doing fine until today. I just need to hide out by myself for a while I think, don't really want to deal with people.

But I start Clomid again on Saturday for our next IUI try, so we shall see what happens. I am having extra u/s's this time to keep an eye on my lining.

Hello ladies! I am praying for you all! I am currently in the dreadful 2WW, lol actually it hasn't been that bad, I am staying positive and optimistic until my beta, no testing before then, I am 9dpiui and praying hard for a first time around success!!!

Hey everyone!!! I'm in the middle of my 2ww and dealing with OHSS. I am so hoping this is it especially since my RE said that I shouldnt still have the effects of the OHSS since the trigger is completely out of my system. He said that he is hoping that this means good things too. I'm just keeping my fingers crossed because I will never do an injectible cycle again. I keep having OHSS even when they lower my dosage. I'm pretty sure that I'm going to be donating some meds soon too. Sorry for the ramble-pain killer just kicked in.

Super Power: I would like to teleport. I hate traffic and traveling and all that. Snap my fingers and I'm in Spain, or Long Island, or my bed. Also, another cool super power would be for my wishes to come true. Anything I want, I would get. Not like being spoiled, but more like necessity wishes. Pregnancy, health etc. Happy 4th!!

I just went and had my blood work done for my beta, but yesterday I POAS and it was a BFN. Boo. I'm going to take a month off.

My baseline was this morning, and I have 2 cysts. I haven't gotten official word yet, but I'm not feeling too optimistic. Looks like it will be more bcps for me.

Another BFFN!!! Taking a break this cysle, DH is schedule for Varicocele repair surgery in July.Hoping for a miracle after his surgery to increase his little swimmers.

Never even got to do IUI #2 this month. I went in for follie check and the doctor asks "um, is there any chance you might have already ovulated?". Fail. From a super long cycle last month to a super short one this month. I'll try, try again.

update - just got word that Injects round 2 is a go. My RE is comfortable with the cyst size so I start injects July 3rd. First monitoring appt. is July 7th.

CD12 ultrasound - 2 follicles. Triggered that day.

IUI Sunday. Went well but DH's count was really low??

Ovulated around 3AM- woke up in terrible pain. Was worried it was something serious but it went away.

Now I sit and wait. Will test July 18th!

Hi Ladies:-)!

This was my first IUI, and unfortunately it didn't work. It was in combination with Clomid, and I also had some lining issues. SO we're back to the drawing board and I'll go in this week to talk to my RE about the possible injectables she suggests. Baby dust to us all!
