Switching to Alimentum- how long until relief?

DD's pedi recommened that we switch her to alimentum formula, after having tried Neosure (she was low birth weight and a few weeks early) and Similac Sensitive for spit up.  Both caused terrible gas, constipation, and spit up.  She's also been taking zantac since she was two weeks old.  She screams with her stomach after almost every bottle and usually spits up a good portion of what she eats.  They aren't sure exactly what she's allergic or sensitive to, but figured that this would be the best bet for her right now.  We started her on the Alimentum today, and she's had two bottles of it so far.  I know the doctor said it could take a week to see a difference, but we're really hoping to get our baby girl some relief.  Anybody else made this switch or had good luck with Alimentum?  How long did it take for your LO?
