Speaking of albums

I have been meaning to make a NICU album. Do people pay people to do this type of thing or should I just make a scrapbook complete with my cutting and pasting skills that never progressed past kindergarten? Would something like this be more sentimental as a scrapbook or a digital album for her when she is older?
