Please help, my Niece and Nephew will be here Sunday from MD to stay with me for 4 days and I am very excited. I want to make sure they are entertained though. What can I do with them? I guess I should get the practice in as I am due with my first in August. I want to make sure they have fun and would want to return and hang with me again once baby is here. Any ideas would be helpful and truly appreciated. I live in the Stone Mountain area but willing to travel anywhere to keep them entertained. This is kinda hard bc the age gap of the 2 as I could take the 6 yr old to amusement parks or something but the year old nor I could ride with him so I am at a blank. TIA

You got some good suggestions. You know, Chuck E Cheese can still be fun for a 1 yr old, and definitely a 6 yr old. It's just a shame the food is awful!
We found with DD that at 1, going anywhere NEW with things she hadn't seen before was cool for her. That included visiting a lighting store, pet shop, etc. So anywhere you choose for your 6 yr old that he thinks is cool, will be stimulating for the 1 year old. The zoo would probably be a big hit for both of them. If there is a duck pond anywhere near you, feeding the ducks is an immensely popular experience for little ones.
DMoney will be a kickass big sister
This is VERY helpful! My Nephew is into science and such so I know he would just love this museum idea and I like inexpensive...lol... I love these ideas and THANK U so very much.
Thank U! Yes, I am calling Imagine it tomorrow and Fernbank. Where exactly in the park are the fountains located? I know centennial park has fountains and I saw on tv last night how they have upgraded Piedmont and was very impressed, maybe we can have a picnic there on Monday and they can hang out in the fountains. I have to ask my brother does she do movies well bc how can u turn down $1 movies. I am so excited to have them here.
Oh yeah, I forgot about Chuck E Cheese...lol.. I haven't been around kids in years. Thanks, hmmm maybe there will be ducks @ Piedmont Park
