/sigh.. stupid manufacturer warning

I got a crib from a company called Concord Furniture that has been sitting in storage for about 2 years. I went to set it up and called the company for replacement instructions and a kit to make the drop side stationary. 

The man was very rude and told me that they had no instructions and offered nothing for the drop side. He told me to stop using it and to go buy a new one. I told him that that was poor customer service and asked him whom in my province sold this brand. He told me no one did and I said "I'm glad no one does because your customer service is sh!tty!" 

If you are looking at furniture and come across this brand I would not buy it!
