Spit up

A few days ago I switched bottles from drop-ins to tommee tippee..ever since LO has been spitting up...what do you think is causing this? With the drop-ins the slow seemed to slow and he was playing with it and the medium seemed too fast...LO seems to really like tommee tippee slow nipples and is quite efficient, but has started spitting up, sometimes right after and sometimes hours later...any thoughts?

    Not sure about the bottles, but my LO just started spitting up too (6 weeks old) and she is Breastfed.  Sometimes when I get her out of her bassinet, there is a huge wet spot next to her head.  It makes me paranoid every time I put her down.  I even wait about 15-20 minutes after she is done eating to (hopefully) prevent her from spitting up while sleeping.
