c-section mamas - waxing...

For those of you who had a c-section, did you notice waxing over your scar was more painful?  I just got a bikini wax this afternoon and when she went over my scar I nearly yelped out in pain.  I used to have them done regularly pp, but slacked off and haven't had one done in a while.  Will it continue to be this painful??

    I know I am only 5 months pp, but it still hurts to even shave over it.  I couldn't imagine waxing over it!  OUCHY!!!

    This, but I'm only 3m pp.  Yikes!  You're a brave lady!

    My c/s was almost 4 yrs ago - the scar and maybe 1-2in around it is completely NUMB! My OB said thats common bc of the cut nerves. I cant remember if it hurt that soon after, i just remember the numbness.

    I won't do it...  My scar is low enough that I'm ok with keeping the hairline right above it, and I just trim short.  I wax around it.  Screw that.

    Mine is still completely numb too, all the way up to my belly button. The hair has grown in really slowly and with no stubble, so I wonder if they waxed me, rather than shaving, in the OR?
