Backyard BBQ Bday ideas needed

Hi there Ladies,

I am planning a backyard family b-day bbq party for my son who will be one.  Ages of children will be 1, 4, 6, and 9.  Any ideas about activities?  I have a few in mind, but was hoping you ladies might help.  TIA!

    We do water balloons at DD's July b-day every year. The kids have so much fun, and the adults do too. We rented a snow cone machine last year with 2 flavors for the kids, I think it was $50 for the weekend. The adults made snow cone margaritas.
