Thankful Thursday

This thread makes me happy every week.

 

Today, I'm thankful for my brother. He always listens and gives me an honest (sometimes brutally honest) answer. He is always in my corner and I don't know how I would get by without him.

    I'm thankful today is my Friday...and that FIL's 60th bday is Sunday.  He is awesome, and I cant wait to celebrate.

    I am thankful for a three-day weekend coming up. It is much needed!

    I am thankful that I can take 3 pumping breaks a day.

    I am thankful that I have an opportunity to quit my job sooner than expected.

    I'm thankful for the firefighters who are working night and day to protect my hometown.

    I am thankful for my mom who is babysitting next week so DH and I can go out on a date.

    I am thankful for Trader Joe's who makes the most delicious Carne Asada ever!!

    I'm thankful that E's great grandparents are in good enought health and willing to watch her during the week so we don't have to pay for daycare.

    I'm thankful that H and I are able to live the lifestyle that we want.

    I'm thankful we caught Jack last night before he got ran over on the highway.

    I am thankful for an amazing MIL who supports our decision to find work and a house 8 hours away and close to my family. I know she would love to live near L and DH and I, and she still wants to help us find something that works to be close to my family. I am so blessed.

    I am thankful for my husband and his dedication to our family, and how excited he is to move close to my family.

    I am thankful for the support that I receive on here when I need it and what it has been for me after having L and living away from family. It was very isolating during my pregnancy not really knowing anyone, and I feel like I have had some support here since he has been born. Okay, end of sappiness.

    I'm thankful that despite my dad being so sick, he can see M and spend time with her.

    I'm thankful for M being so easy going - she's making my choice about stopping pumping and only nursing mornings and night much easier.

    I'm thankful for Jamba Juice for creating the awesome smoothie I am currently enjoying.

    Awe. I love this thread! I am thankful for my Pastor. He has been the father figure I never had. Always there for me and shows me no judgements, just unconditional love. I am so thankful to the Lord for giving and knowing exactly what we need. He is always there, even when I feel alone, He lets me know He is still there. And finally I am so so thankful for my Hubby. He is so amazing. Even when we have our stupid fights he still manages to make me laugh and all is forgotten. I love how he is not passive, he is strong and assertive but still humble. Love this man!

    Today I'm thankful for my sweet husband that works so I can stay home.

    I'm also thankful that he gets a three day weekend, wahoo!

    I am thankful to God for everything I have to be thankful for. 

    I am thankful for a healthy, happy LO.

    I am thankful for an amazing DH.  He truly is an answer to a prayer.

    I am thanfkful for the great visit we had with family this week.

    I am thankful for my mother, who is willing and able to watch LO, so that DH and I can work. And for a MIL who can fill in for three weeks while my mother is helping my cousin who just had a baby.

    I am thankful for a 3-day weekend!

    I am thankful for my husband. He has been working overtime so I can SAH and never complains. He still helps around the house, is totally engaged with Adalyn, and doesn't show me any resentment.

    I am thankful I have a baby that is always smiley and happy and rarely cries and loves to sleep.

    I am thankful I live in Canada and get a 1 year paid mat leave.

    I'm thankful and amazed everyday at what an amazing father my husband is.  He's this big, tough, guys guy....completely wrapped around the finger of a 5 month old. He makes sure we both know everyday that we are his priority. He is the absolute love of my life.
