Pregnant after a Loss

Yoga Ball Question

For those of you bouncing on a yoga ball to make progress:  How long are you bouncing for?  One of my girlfriends brought hers over for me yesterday, and I just want to make sure I'm making it worth it.

Thanks!

Re: Yoga Ball Question

  • I never set a specific amount of time. I just made sure to use it sometimes (as much as I could) when I sat and watched tv at night or something. It's a lot better than reclining, to move baby down. Plus it was fun :D

  • I'm glad you posted this- I couldn't remember if it was supposed to help baby move down or not. They talked about it in my childbirth class, and all I remembered is it may be more comfortable to sit on one after you are in labor. I sat/bounced on mine for at least an hour while watching star wars last night. DH was laughing at me at one point for bouncing. I told him it was impossible to sit on one and not bounce, you just can't help yourself!

  • I am thinking about getting DH to blow up the one I bought.  Lets bouce our way to L&D girls!

I don't have one... Maybe I'll take a field trip, it's not like sitting anywhere else is comfortable anymore. Sign me up for bouncing baby out.
