Mommy and me classes?

Anyone know of any? I herd there is a group that walks Eastview MAll in Victor, NY almost every morning before they open with their babys and then stop and work out with the baby's. I am lookign for somethign for my son and me to do. Also able to really interact with other mom's and kids....Seeing how most the ladies I know and hang out with don't have kids so its hard for them to understand some/all of the things i am going thruy.

    I would check to see if the group meeting at the Mall is a stroller strides group.  I do stroller strides, but here in Buffalo.  We work out at the Galleria Mall during the winter before the mall opens and then once it is nice we move to area parks.  Just a FYI...if it is stroller strides it is totally not just walking with your baby.  It was way more intense than I expected, but I love it.  I was all prepared for power walking and was all of a sudden doing resistance cords and running stairs!
