Begining to start "TTC". Dont know where to begin.

HI my husband and I are finally ready to start trying. I have researched google as much as I could and it all is very over whelming. Kinda feel like I'm taking a shot in the dark with all of this. Any help, tips, or advice would be wonderful! I have started taking vitamins, taking temps, cut out bad stuff, stopped the pill, and trying to track ovulation/menstruation. Thanks again!

    Hi and welcome! It can definitely be overwhelming. I highly recommend signing up for Fertility Friend (click on my fruit ticker) and doing their tutorials. The book Taking Charge of Your Fertility is like the TTC bible, it's amazing. And read the Newbie link at the top of the TTGP page.

    Hello and welcome to the journey of TTC. I would suggest reading the newbie link at the top of the board. It has great info! I see that you already chart. That is great! Lots of ladies here use fertility friend to keep track and determine O. It is easy and free. If you are interested, just click anyone's ticker to join. GL to you!

    I agree with PP have said. I just wnated to say welcome to the board and GL! Also, the bump ticker is pretty useless, but once you start tracking with FF you can change the ticker if you wish. I hope your stay is short & sweet!

    HSG (10/3/2011) - Normal!
    SA (11/8/11) - Normal except for low morph. (18%)
    SA (11/23)- same as above

    Due date - 8/26/12
    Its a BOY!

    Thank y'all!! I read the newbie post,signed up for the ff and started the lessons,and watched some videos. Still seems all so crazy that this is hopefully about to happen soon! I used the Knot and the nest before but am new to this. We are trying to keep it a surprise to our parents so am very happy to have an outlet like this! Y'all seem very helpful and honest looking at other posts.Thanks again.
