So now I am the biggest cow ever....

After my SIL crazy confession yesterday I told DH, because I think it's a terrible idea...he told his brother who had a canary, two chickens and a cow! He confronted her about it..also flushed the pills. Which I think were all rational responses to being tricked onto being a dad. Then today she phones my MIL( who is not stable...mentally that is) and the two of them summons me to tell me I am a horrible person and I have ruined their plan....they called me a cow !

    You cow!  Ruining their plot to sneakily create an innocent human in a half-baked plan to save a doomed marriage!  How could you?!

    THIS! I could imagine the soap-opera music cuing up as she announces her pregnancy, he flips out, and she breaks down into ugly crying as she stammers, "I thought you'd be h-happy!"

    Cows are great, by the way. They are my favorite animal.

    H says it's worse than days of our lives and all my children out together! He says we did the right thing...was gobsmacked to find out his mom was involved in this wild plan!

    You did do the right thing.  You would have felt terrible watching your poor niece/nephew suffer because s/he didn't fix the marriage and is now in the middle of a psycho mom and a dad who didn't want her/him not to mention a grandmother who plotted to make sure it all happened.

    And I thought my ILs were nuts!
