KidCo Configure Gate

Hello ladies, I was wondering if anyone has used this gate or a similar wall mounted gate to block off a whole section of a room?  We need to block about a 15 to 20 foot section of our livingroom.  Does the middle of the gate become weaker because it's so far from the part that attaches to the wall?  TIA

    Yes, we use one to block of the area our big flat screen TV is in, we didn't want our son pulling it over on him.  I do not notice it is weaker in the middle at all.  It is a great gate, I have no complaints.
