First month trying to get pregnant!

This is my first month trying to get pregnat, I got off the pill about 26 days ago. The wait to see for the frist time if I am pregnat is driving me crazzy! Its all I think about all day. I know most do not get pregnatnt thier first time trying, but I just keep hoping.. maybe...just maybe I could be... Well I guess I will find out it about 1 to 3 days....

There are a lot of teachers on this board. I can bear with some spelling errors. However spelling pregnant wrong is not okay.

This is my first month trying too. I was very optimistic until I O'd. Now I am just waiting for AF to show up in 2 weeks.. I know it will take a few cycles but hey we did our best lol. Not very confident now after O for some reason.

Since we're pointing out mistakes, what you meant to say was you can bear with some spelling errors. Obviously poor grammar is okay.

Welcome! It's my first month too! I don't know about anyone else, but this feels like the longest cycle EVER! I refuse to test over and over unless AF is later, and I keep thinking "Shouldn't it be close to AF or HPT yet???" This is going to be a long week!

I'm feeling the EXACT same way! Plus... all this knowing when you're ovulating and when you should do it is so confusing to me! Baby on the brain is an understatement for me!!!

Hi! I am new to TTC also and new to the board as well. So I definitely understand your confusion with all the abbreviations etc...! The abbreviation list is very helpful. Me and DH (darling husband) are on our second month TTC. I felt the very same way our first month! I got pregnant with DD (darling daughter) at a young age and when I wasn't even trying so I guess I just expected to get PG right away. Needless to say I was very dissapointed when AF (aunt flow) arrived. This month I am trying to not "try" to hard-if that even makes sense lol I am using OPKs but I am not charting yet. I am a bit of stresser, so I think by charting, I would just be putting too much pressure on myself. We have decided that we will just "go with the flow" for now. And if nothing by August, then we will start charting. By the way, our first month TTC AF was 5 days late. Of course I jumped to conclusions, since I was always very regular before BC, I took 5 tests!! All I did was drive myself crazy. So my suggestion is definitely wait until you are about 7-10 days late before you even think about testing. Hope this was helpful...Good Luck TTC!!!!
