I was induced both times. First LO was at 37 wks 6 days due to low fluid. Labor was about 11 hours. Second LO was induced at 39 wks and labor was only 4 and a half hours.

I was 39w2d with DS(5 days early), 38w4d with DD (10 days early). My labor was about the same, but pushing was 2 hrs with DS, stitches, and a vacuum delivery. With DD it was 5 pushes, no stitches and it was EASY. SO much easier the second time. We laughed through most of it. She was a pound and 4 oz lighter too.

LO1 - born on her due date, spontaneously. Labor was about 18 hours.
LO2 - born at 37w4d, spontaneously. Labor was only 3 hr 43 min. The only thing "easier" about it was that it was so short, but it was WAY more intense and painful.
FWIW -both were natural, pain med-free.

DS1 born at 38w exactly; water broke, and 18 hrs later I was holding him. Pushed for 45mins.
DS2 born at 39w5d. High, slow leak of AF; after they ruptured the forewaters, was under three hrs from first painful contraction to baby out. Pushed with one contraction. Waaaaay more intense and crazy, but a wonderful experience in retrospect.
When Hannah arrived I was 39 weeks, when Landon came I was almost 41 weeks. I believe that my second labor was much easier than my first, and it was a home birth which I much preferred over a hospital birth like I had with Hannah.

With DD, she came at 38 weeks, it was a scheduled induction for medical reasons with DD, I was not dilated or ready at all. Labor was about 8 hours once they broke my water and started pitocin, DD was the easiest delivery, hardly any pushing and there she was With DS, I did an elective induction at 39w4d, a little more work on the pushing but he was also almost 3 lbs bigger than his sister and has a huge head! I will say that the recovery was much easier the second time around for me.
DD1: Induced at 38w6d, started at 2 cm dilated. Born ~7 hours after pitocin started. Epi failed, 2nd degree tear, baby was sunny-side up, pushed for over 2 hours. Miserable.
DD2: Natural labor at 39 weeks. Got to the hospital at 6 cm, baby born 4.5 hours later. Labor was 8.5 hours from start to finish, but I wasn't in any pain at all for the first half. Epi worked, I only pushed twice (less than 5 minutes), and had a very small 1st degree tear. Great experience.

Really similar to this, except forceps instead of the vacuum. I had an episiotomy and tore, resulting in many stitches with my first. I had 2 or 3 this time, just a "skid mark."
Ds was born at 40 weeks 1 day 5 hrs in labor but pushed an hr. Also with DS I had a retained placenta. DD was born at 39 weeks & 6 days I was in labor 4 hrs pushed for 45 minutes and she was born sunny side up. Both I needed an episiotomy w/ DS I tore and with DD my last bit of my cervix didn't efface.
DS2 labor was technically longer but I was in early labor with non painful contractions for a while. It was MUCH easier over all. I only pushed for several minutes with DS2 while DS1 was over 2 hours and a very severe tear.

#1 - 41.5 weeks
#2 - 35.5 weeks
Both labours were pretty much identical.

Forgot to add that DS labor was less than 3 hours

DD- 38 weeks in labor naturally. I was in labor, contractions to birth, for about 12 hours, pushed for 5 minutes
DS- 38 weeks in labor naturally. In labor for about 15 hours, pushed 3 times!
