I know I obviously shouldn't be drinking or taking any medication other than tylenol if I need it... but I was wondering if there was anything other than the obvious no nos.
I understand you should avoid ibprofen, or anything that contains it. I caught a really nasty cold that started at O for me this cycle, and I had to really hunt hard for meds that don't contain it. I believe it can mess with implantation. I could be wrong, but I figure it's not that difficult to give up. I also try not to take super hot baths or get in hot tubs during 2ww. I might be overly paranoid on this one, but since it raises your temp, I just figure it's best to avoid. I keep picturing hard boiled eggs in my head lol. But I do agree with "drink till it's pink!"
Good luck!
