My district goes by Guided Reading levels and I use Scholastic.com to check. According to that site Judy Moody ranges from mid/late 2nd grade into 3rd grade.
A to Z Mysteries-most of those are 2nd/3rd
Ramona Quimby series is good, but more 3rd grade
Magic Tree House-2nd/3rd

In addition to the ones already mentioned which DD likes, my 2nd grade DD likes the Roald Dahl series, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, The BFG, James and the Giant Peach, etc.

These are at a much higher reading level though- they would be great to read with an adult, but would frustrate a reader at a second grade level. They're more around 4th-6th grade level, depending upon the book.
