Are any of you ladies changing your diet now that you're trying? I am trying to do the organic thing, so looked up farms in the area that don't use factory farming for their meats and getting a freezer since delivery is once or twice a month from these farms to hold the meat. Also getting most of my veggies from the farmer's market.

Re: dietary changes
We started getting the bulk of our meat and produce through a CSA a couple of years ago. We have one farm for the produce and a different farm for the meat/eggs. Which sounds like what you're looking into as well.
We weren't even thinking about TTC when we did it, but it's definitely been helpful for that. We automatically get a great variety in our produce because we get what is harvested that week. And, we don't have to worry about hormones or antibiotics in the meats we eat anymore.
Good luck!

I'm a vegetarian but DH is quite the carnivore. Before we even decided TTC, he switched to organic meats when he started weight watchers.. He says the flavor is so much better and it just seems healthier tasting (if that makes sense). We only buy certain veggies organic , but for the most part we get produce through our local farmers market. DH and I follow this chart for buying organic produce:
Other than that we haven't changed our diets in anyway specific because of TTC. We have always been pretty healthy eaters.

Love your cheat sheet!
Grapes and potatos are in the dirty dozen?!?!? Whoa mama, I had no idea.
P.S. It makes me kinda sad that they are crying...
Annerz LOVE THE CHEAT SHEET!
I am trying to drop 30 lbs during the ttc process so yes I have changed my diet. But it's not just cuz I'm ttc. I have always had a rollercoaster relationship with my weight so it's just that time again.
Yeah, I don't like that they are crying either haha.
It also seems strange to me that tomatoes are fine not being organic, but grapes aren't. I only say this because they are similar in texture/skin/etc.
