Anxeity in the middle of the night.............

Periodically I wake up in the middle of the night with a back ache and tight tension in my lower abdomen. My heart starts racing and I swear I am having some kind of contraction or BH................I always seem to calm myself down eventually, but am wondering if anyone else is experienceing this?

    I was last night.  I ended up having the worst sleep I have had  in a long time and the stress invaded my dreams and I ended up freaking out on DH.  But I hated that feeling I was having in my belly.  I knew it wasn't labor and I wasn't hurting per say but it was so strange and unusual along with the discomfort.
    Successful after 2 years tttc. Diagnosed with PCOS and Endometriosis. Bravado Bras at Nurtured Family BabyName Ticker

    yup i feel this way sometimes too even in the mornings before i feel LO move.  I'm always in a constant state of fear though. sigh
