feeling uncomfortably pregnant today

Ugh, my whole body aches today but especially my lower abdomen, lower back and legs!! I'm feeling achy/crampy. Could be because I have a cold and have been coughing uncontrollably, I'm sure that's not helping. Sitting at work doesn't help either, I just want to go home and crawl into bed!
