Hi ladies! Work's been kicking my butt an I haven't been able to participate as much as I'd like. Thought I'd throw a GTKY out there. What's your dream vacation if money was no object? Happy Hump Day!!
My dream would be to rent a home in Italy or France near the vineyards for a month or so. We would go on outdoor picnics, biking, swimming. That would be heavenly!
A month long tour of Europe. Okay maybe two or three months. No real plans. Just go where we go when we feel like it. Eat too much. See castles and landmarks. I'd want to start in England or Ireland and work my way down to Italy.
We took a Caribbean cruise in January on this amazing boat. The fleet is Star Clippers. https://www.starclippers.com/ They are Clippers (big sail boats) rather than giant cruise liners. We were on the Royal Clipper when we went.
We want to do the Mediterranean cruise that they have. I would love to cruise the Mediterranean around Italy and the Greek Isles.
I would go through Scotland and Ireland, and see all the castles, artifacts, landscapes, etc. I'd love to have the money to do a little research and find the family who stayed behind when the rest of my ancestors came over to America. And I'd spend a crapload of money on a good, wool Fair Isle sweater.

I actually just got home from my dream vacation! 2 1/2 weeks in the UK and Ireland, AND hubby decided we could finally start TTC!
It was my Valentines Day/3 year anniversary present. We were at the Cliffs of Moer and Blarney Castle on the day of, and our tour group blessed us with flowers and a delicious bottle of wine in out hotel room!
If I get a BFP in a week when I test, I'm naming my baby Connor or Kaitlyn (since will have been conceived in Ireland and be born in March near St. Paddy's Day)
Oh wow! That's a tough one for me because there are so many places I would like to visit. So I think I would have to say I would take a few years and tour the world and trace my family ancestry along the way.

Since money isn't an object, we'd definitely hit up South Africa for about 2 weeks and then swing on over to Australia and end up relaxing in Fiji in one of those huts above the water.

So hard to choose! If we're really dreaming - why not take about 6 months and hit Greece, Italy, Spain, France, England, and Ireland all in one shot. I definitely agree with PP who said "no schedule." I think it would be fun to write down some of the touristy places we want to see, and fit those in where we could, but it would also be amazing to just go explore and see what there is to see. We're probably get lost along the way, but that would be part of the exciting journey!
Me too! I thought I had an answer- but I think I want to see everything! Greece, England, Italy, Morocco, Spain, Australia, Bora Bora, Wouldnt mind going to Hawaii when the humpback whales are there.
