Hi Everyone!
My husband and I are moving to Coconut Grove at the end of July and we are expecting our first baby October 8th! Does anyone have any suggestions for a close by hospital and OBGYN? The hospital and OBGYN needs to be close to cocowalk. Also, are there any young soon to be moms that would like to go for walks and have playdates? THANKS!

I second South Miami OBGYN and South Miami Hospital. My primary is Dr. Horst who I love but you'll meet all the doctors. There # is 305 665 1133. I liked all the doctors very much and the hospital has great facilities. Very clean, attentive nurses, large rooms etc.
Yes, Mercy is closest to the area... and I did love my experience with the hospital. The boys and I were admitted for 8 days, and the care we received was great. The NICU staff was so comforting and knowledgable. My practice is MiamiOBGYN. I highly recommend De Leon, Guell, or Mendia.
