Free Safety Seat Check (Cypress Area)

hi ladies! i was at the target on 290 and Spring Cypress and they have the sherriff's department out doing free safety seat checks.  i just filled out a form with the make/model of my car and baby's info.  the officer got into my car, showed me how to adjust the base and how they work in accidents.  she also showed me how to make sure the baby was strapped in properly (she demonstrated on herself since i didn't have the baby with me).  the car next to me was a minivan with 2 kids in big booster seats also getting checked for seat installation and buckle safety.

not sure how long they'll be out there but it was awesome to come across!

    Texas Childrens Hospital does it by appt and its free

    Thank you so much for posting this!!! Yes, Texas Children's Hospital along withthe Safe Kids Greater Houston checks seats for FREE!! : )

     Actually we will be out on July 9th at the same Target location ( 25901 Highway 290, Cypress TX 77429) to check seats once again. We will be there from 8:30-11:30. Please come out to have your child's seat checked.
