am i getting my hopes up?

I am 11 DPO and due for AF on Friday. Ive been having some symptoms but I am not sure if I am getting my hopes up. Heartburn for about 10 days (less in the last few days, but def still there) cramping/back pain (similar to PMS, but comes and goes) in the last few days. Sore breasts, my left more than my right, but that seems to have stopped. Quick spurts of nausea in the last few days. I also have no patience for DH (which isnt unusual for PMS, but it seems to have started earlier this cycle) I POAS yesterday (10 DPO) and it was negative. I used FRER which I have heard is pretty accurate. I broke down in tears, which kinda surprised me. So what do you think, should I keep my hopes up or do you think its over? Test again tomm? Test Friday AM? Anyone else have anything similar to share? TIA ladies!

I highly doubt your heartburn is from being PG since you've had it for 10 days...you don't immediately start getting it as soon as the egg is fertilized. It's probably from something you ate. None of us here can tell if you're PG or not so all I can advise is to test once a week until you get a BFP or AF comes.

It's so easy to look at every little thing and say is this a symptom... what about this... It's easy to get caught up in but can lead to more frustration and stress. Try your hardest to wait to test until at least Friday. Good luck! I wish you a BFP

Don't test early if you can't handle seeing a BFN, b/c most likely, you will.

I love to POAS, any stick. I love OPKs and HPT. That is why I use IC. I can test early, know I am going to get a PFN, and hopefully someday soon be surprised with a BFP.

That being said you also run the risk of detecting a CP. I agree it is best to wait until AF is 100% for sure, late. (Even if I don't take my own advice).

I would wait a couple days and then test again. I hate getting negative tests so I'd hold out if I were you.

I am 13dpo and have gotten several negative tests, which are always upsetting. AF is still not here (should be, based on my previous cycles) so I remain somewhat optimistic until she shows.

how about if your period doesn't show on Friday, you take a test Saturday morning.
