I got a PT job offer so I can SAH during week

I quit my full time job back in April when my sister (former babysitter) got a full time job. I wanted to take a few months to stay with Olivia and look for something new. We've been making it work although it's been tight. Today I got a job offer to work Saturdays 8-4 and Sundays 2-10, which is perfect so I can still be home with her during the week and not have to pay for day care. 

Whew, patience paid off this time. We had enough in savings to get us through August with me not working. I start my new job July 11.

    That's the downside, it's collections for a recovery company.  Telephone work. I used to do it when I was in college and I was decent at it, but I never thought I'd be back at it in my mid 30's.  Oh well, the schedule and pay are good for my life right now.

    I feel you. I'm trying to figure out that balance at the moment.  Blah.
