in Pregnant after IF

Started bleeding- flow not spotting- and cramping this morning. The clinic got me in for another ultrasound and couldn't find the source. They upped my progesterone (two shots a day, ow) and told me to keep my feet up and take it easy for a couple of days and see if it resolves itself by Friday's scheduled ultrasound. The baby looks like it's still in good condition- no measurements since it was only a day after my last u/s but the sac and yolk are still easily findable (the fetal pole and heartbeat were tough to find the last time and we weren't hunting for them this time) and the nurse said I have a good ?halo? around the sac that should be keeping it safe.

But I am very freaked out. I can't seem to stop shaking- and some of that might be the blood loss (I always get a little shaky) but I think most of it just pure fright. Oddly I was calm going in to the ultrasound- my husband was freaked out but I was calm.. afterward I just lost it though. Shaking so bad I couldn't set up my own PIO shot.

So, a quick lukewarm shower and then I think I'll spend the rest of the day in bed trying to think calm happy sticky thoughts. Oy.

    I am so sorry to hear that this is happening, but happy that your dr. is taking special care and making sure to monitor you and your LO appropriately. I pray that you are just one of those women who bleed but still have a H&H 9 months and give birth to a beautiful LO. Rest up and try to take your mind off of it (I know impossible). T&P coming your way.

    DX PCOS in 2000 TTC since April 2010 DX Hypothyroidism 6/2010 Referred to RE 9/2010.

    BFP in June 2011, DD born in 2012

    Joined the baby train again 8/2013. First month, out due to re-diganosis of Hashimotos.

    Sept 2013, 2.5 letrozole and trigger, low progestrone and using supplements = BFN.

    Oct 2013 2.5 Letrozole, trigger, and IUI = low progestrone (8.9, using supplements) and BFP 11/6 Beta 26.9, Beta 2 @ 30, Beta 3 @ 25.3, Beta 4 @ 25.2 CP 5w1d

    Nov 2013: ? waiting on AF

    Eeekkkk! I cannot imagine how scary that is! Try to rest and relax today. I hope you get some awesome news on Friday!

    Me: 33, Hypothalamic Amenorrhea, DOR (AMH .35), DH: 38, Borderline low morph
    5/09- Off BCP, 5/09-9/09- No period, 9/09-9/10- Lots of Tests & accupuncture
    10/10 and 11/10- 2 rounds of Menopur + TI= BFNS
    12/10-IUI #1 Menopur = BFN
    1/11- IUI #2 Menopur = BFP, 2/11 missed mc at 9 weeks, D&C
    5/11- Operative Hysteroscopy to remove uterine septum
    6/11- IUI #3 Menopur = BFP, 8/11 missed mc at 11 weeks, D&C
    1/12- Lap and Operative Hysteroscopy to remove uterine septum (again) & scar tissue
    2/12- Stint Removal, 3/12 repeat SHG and HSG- showed scar tissue blocking right tube
    4/12- Operative hysteroscopy (again), RE said he can now see right tube (yay!)
    5/12- Stint removal, 6/12 repeat SHG and HSG-both tubes are open!
    8/12- IUI #4 Bravelle = BFN
    9/12-IUI #5 Bravelle = BFN
    1/13- IVF #1, micro-flare protocol, 7R, 6F, 5dt of 2 AA embryos, 1 to freeze = BFP
    Beta #1: 176, Beta #2: 422, EDD 10/8/13- it's TWINS!

    Ugh! Very scary! Try to relax and take it easy. Thoughts and prayers are with you and your LO.
    TTC since November 2009. DH diagnosed with sperm antibodies. IUI #1 = BFN IUI #2 = BFN On the road to IVF....     I'm so sorry you are going through this, how scary.
    Get plenty of rest and fluids and keep us posted. I hope your LO is ok.

    I'm so sorry. I had bleeding early in my pregnancy and was an absolute emotional wreck. The good news is that it's really, really common, especially in IF patients, AND since your u/s looked great (which is the most important thing) odds are it's going to be absolutely FINE. I know it doesn't seem that way, but hang in there. I'll be thinking of you.

    Yikes, that is so scary!! But you have been through so much and are so strong.  Take it easy and know that you are being looked after and things will work out!! Stay strong and stay off your feet, Lots of sticky thoughts, love and luck

    Been off my feet for the day and the bleeding calmed down to light spotting with no clots after I lost a big clot. Which is good (slowed down!) and not so good (big clots bad). The nurse called midday for an update and conferred with my doc who was in the OR all day- (& was willing to slide me in at the surgical center if today's us went badly- I feel very well cared for in the hands of my nurse though)... And he wants to move my Friday us up to tomorrow.

    So, will know more tomorrow. Until then, it's Netflix and a stack of pillows under my feet in the hopes that everything stays put. I'm back to feeling pretty zen but it'd be nice if I felt horribly nauseous or something that would reassure me that the little dragon is still cooking. I never thought I'd wish for throwing up though!

    Thanks for the good wishes and thoughts, hopefully it was just a little scare.

    *hugs* that is really scary. Just remember, so many women bleed in early pregnancy and go on to have healthy babies. Hang in there!
