    it IS!!  Well, technically.  They actually filmed down in the Carolinas or something like that.  But, it is the one referenced in the movie! Smile

    I grew up by that lake, and we got married on the lake, too; so I'm pretty fond of it. 
    It's actually also the basis of the movie "On Golden Pond" too, if you've heard of/seen that one.

    Yeah, I'm pretty sure that one of my friends was more excited to go to "the what about bob lake" than she was for my wedding... Kidding, of course, but she was WAY excited.

    It is a beautiful area for sure. And, no sales tax, win-win!  Stick out tongue
