A FRER Question. Silly? Maybe

Against my better judgement, I tested with a FRER this morning at what I *think* will be 11 DPO. I could be off by a day or two, though. 

Once I finished using the test, I sat it on my lap to wait for the result. Almost instantly a white line appeared where a pink positive line should be. After a minute (but still within the reading time frame) the line started to change colors. I can't say whether there is any pink because it is so faint.

Obviously, I am choosing to believe this is a whacky evap line. I use FRER's a lot and have never had this happen. I was just wondering if anyone else has ever had this experience with a FRER?

    I'm sorry that happened not only once, but twice! Ugh. I do not leave the room either, I sit and stare in agony. lol 

    I really wish this second line of mine had some pink to it, but I really don't think it does. It is not a solid white line like it was immediately but its so faint I don't see color either. :(

    Is it like a clear faint looking line? I have known many a lady who had this and it was just an early positive. FX!!!! PIP!!

    Actually, that is a much better way to explain it than I did but yes, it is more a clear faint line. I describe it as white because obviously the backdrop of the test is white.

    Way to go, Baboo.... you're getting me all excited lol  ;) 

    I'll try to PIP if I can capture this faint mystical line.  

    Edit: Can't pick up the line with my camera. Bummer.

    Yes! This happened to me last cycle too. I saw it pop up got excited and then watched it fade away. It never had any color to it.

    I spent several hours staring at the FRER, holding it up to light, squinting and trying to will some color on it. Got AF the next day Sad

    Hopefully you'll have better luck since you started to see a color change. Maybe wait a few days and try again?
