Trying to Get Pregnant

Grumpy time at my house...Vent

So does anybody else get incredibly bitchy right before your period?  I have a feeling I will start in the next few days since I just completely bitched out my hubby because I was ready for dinner and he was just lounging around and not really ackowledging me (he was playing on the internet) when I told him I was going to cook chicken and rice he looked at me and told me he didn't like it...  I stormed off and almost started crying and I know I was being ridiculous but I couldn't help it...  Then to make me feel worse he left and picked up dinner so I didn't have to cook.  Ok pity fest over hope everyone else is having a better night than me

  • Oh yes, I absolutely do. DH and I actually got into a huge fight a couple weeks ago because I was pretty much a raging *** and giving him attitude all day. For nothing of course, but it didn't seem like it at the time. Thankfully, he's really understanding and gets that I don't mean to be like that. But yeah, you're definitely not alone!

  • Oh yeah, I definitely do that. Also right after my period. Ugh. Poor hubby noticed my PMS for a year or so before I did, I finally came to him and said, "Guess what! I think I get extra bitchy right before my period! So watch out for that." He started laughing and told me he had known for years but hadn't wanted to spark the wrath by pointing it out. Wink Hope your night gets better!

  • I definately used to!  OCPs helped so much with the mood swings but now that I'm off them I'm curious as to what it'll be like.  My hubs reserved the right to call a "safe word"-  its chupacabra.  LOL
  • I was diagnosed with PMDD about four years ago, so I'm a nightmare before my period.  I'm on a mono-phasic pill (one consistent level of hormones), and my OB has me take my pill packs back-to-back so I don't get a period.  I did OK with getting my period after going off the pill, but I would love to get KU simply so I don't have to deal with the PMDD.  With all that said, there are times I could flip out on DH for doing what yours did, even when I'm not expecting a period.  Sorry it's been a bumpy night for you, and I hope you feel better.  A little Ben and Jerry's can't hurt, right? Wink

  • No I didn't see that reply I really wish they would have notifications like facebook.  Wasn't getting your marriage certificate an experience?  Glad we got it but man did it take forever

I have just started going to the list of my posts and scanning for my post to see if I have missed anything after.  I think I remember from theKnot that you can change your settings so that it puts all of the posts in order of most recent reply.  Maybe that would help?

I don't remember the marriage certificate being slow to arrive but we did get 2.  I was afraid if anything ever happened to the 1 it would be impossible to get a replacement!
