FF best conception chances vs. OPK directions
I'm just a bit confused and can't find the answer to my question on google. FF says that my best conception chances were the 22nd-24th. I had a negative OPK on the 24th and positive OPK on the morning of the 25th. The directions in the test said the best time to conceive is between 24-48 hours after a positive. Which is right?

FF bases their recommendations on previous cycles. This cycle, their recommendations were off for me. I would always trust the OPK over what FF says.
FF, although, can give you a good idea of when to start BDing to you have some coverage BEFORE you enter the FW. GL!
This may also help you determine the likelihood of conceiving on various days:
Typically the best time to conceive is the two days before ovulation or the day of ovulation. So it really depends on the whole picture.
Most people ovulate 12-36 hours after their +OPK. So given that, the 12-24 hours after a positive would likely be a good time to BD. Now, the few days, especially the one day, before a +OPK is also a really good time to BD, because you're likely in the window of opportunity (the day of O or two days beforehand). However the OPK companies aren't going to mention that, because then the OPKs don't seem as useful so it's not good for marketing :P
FF will take into account all of your symptoms including temps, CM, CP, OPK to tell you when you O, and thus when your best time for BD was. The OPK packaging is just taking into account your OPK and the fact that they want to sell more OPKs.
So in short, I'd trust neither in full. Look at the date you think (and/or FF friend thinks) you O'd. That day and the 2 days before it were the best days for BDing.
But, as always, when in doubt, hump it out!! FF will sometimes change it's recommendations...as I found out this cycle when it moved my CH to later once I entered more temps *sigh*
