How would you pronounce this name? It is a name that has been in our family and is pronounced a certain way but I just saw a post that lead me to think that many people are thinking of it with a different pronunciation. So I am just curious.

I always read it as Thee-uh.. never heard of it as Tay-uh. I don't care for the name but the Tay-uh pronunciation is much better than the other IMO.

Thanks ladies! It's a name that has been in my family that I have always loved. We pronounce it Tay-a.

I really like the Tay-a pronunciation but I do think many people would think Thee-a. You can always correct them though.

I would pronouce it Tay-a and I love it! Don't care as much for the THEE-a pronunciation at all..
