I don't Know what to do.....rant

I really want/need to get back in shape but I am having a hard time with motovation/self esstem!!! I was doing really good at working out for awhile but I only have weights & the xbox kinect to really workout cuz I live in a apt & there fitness area does not have any video cameras (for protection wise) so I don"t feel like going there to workout when baby is sleeping & husband who works 12hr shifts is gone...I am also a model & love modeling but I have to take a break since I am not in good shape, I don't have any family around and don't have a gym membership so sometimes its really hard for me to be generally active or feel like working out since I have no one to workout with or be there to even  help me when I have low self esstem, so idk what to do if anyone has any suggestions on what to do let me know thanks!

  • Go ahead and get a gym membership to a place that has 2 hours of babysitting per day that you can use.  That way you take away any excuses you might otherwise have had.  If the drive is there the rest will follow.

  • YMCA' s have free child care.  If you have one of those around that might be your best bet.  Im sure it would be hard to leave your baby with strangers, but I'm sure the YMCA will be safe.
