Advice needed.

in Trying to Get Pregnant

New to this posting thing. But, does anyone have any experience in looking at charts? If so can you take a look at mine?  I have had a positive opk, with a temp shift, and ewcm, also a lot of what I think is ovulation cramps. But, FF is not detecting a ovulation day. Does anyone have any insight?

    You need a sustained temp shift with 3 temps higher than the previous 6.  Basically, FF can't tell you O'd until 3 days after you did

    Why do you have so many open circles?

    Did you take the tutorials on FF?

    You need 3 days of elevated temps for ff to detect O. Also, why so many open circles? That might make it more difficult for ff to detect O too.

    Looks like you could have O'd on CD17 but only 3 days of high temps will give you CH's.  But the open circle today might give you dotted CH's depending on what your temps do and if you temp consistently over the next few days.

    I took a NFP class, and have the FF iphone app tutorial, and I am taking the 20 or so lesson course right now. What do the open circles mean?

    They usually mean you did something different: temped at a differe time, illness, etc

    I have the iphone app to chart and the time keeps getting screwed up. I temp during the same 2 hour time window each morning. That is what my NFP instructor said to do?.

    Your iphone app is probably not FF.  You need to emp at the same. exact. time. each morning. A 2 hour window is waaaaay too big

    It needs to be within a half hour (I think?) for FF to not have an issue with the time difference.

    I think you have to temp within the same hour time frame in order to not get an open circle.

    Hmmm. It's the one that sync's up with the website. I got it from the FF homepage. Tongue Tied  I will definitely temp closer in time then. I didn't realize that it needed to be that close. Thanks!!
