Hi Ladies,
I've been lurking here for the past month or so and I want to start off with a big thank you! I feel like I have already learned so much from you ladies. Some days just knowing other women are going through this experience means the world.
I'm 28 and dh and I have been married for almost a year (trying for the past 5 months). I'm doing my best to stay sane and rational through this process (some days more successful than others) but am reaching a frustration point. If this cycle is not it, I plan to start temping. I've been using opks and checking cm. I've been hesitant to start temping because dh keeps giving me the "just relax and it will happen" lecture. While I know this isn't true, I also am trying to avoid adding butting heads with him to list of stressful parts of ttgp
He really is supportive and excited to start our family. I think he just is more zen about this than I am.
If my opks were accurate, I'm 11 dpo. My dh was even actually in town during my fertile time this month (he travels about half the month for work) which is obviously a better start than the months where we had no chance because he was 3000 miles away! I'm trying to resist the urge to take a test. I'm hoping to avoid the disappointment of another BFN. I don't have a great feeling about this month, but on the bright side, at least I'm not spending every minute obsessing about phantom symptoms.
I guess that's it for now. Thanks again!
