Holy cramps!

I have been crampy off and on since Friday.  But this evening, I've been really crampy.  AF isn't due until July 12th, but this is my first month off of BC, so who knows.

    I know what you mean, I had bad cramps start the same day. I attributed them to ovulation cramps. Could be that you are having the same. Are you temping?

    I had lots of cramps, pangs, twinges, sore boobs, mood swings, headaches etc. etc. etc. the month I got off BCP. Good luck! So far that first month off has been the wonkiest, symptom wise.

    Good points, ladies.  Yep - first month off the pill, so that could explain a lot of this.  I would have O'd around yesterday, so it could be O pains.  Michyme123 - it was painful to walk.  I don't remember ever having O pains before.  I am not temping...just going with the flow this cycle.  My cycle has always been regular, and I have been noting my CM.
