Play area at Marketplace Mall....whatcha think?

What do you guys think of it?  We took the boys the other day since we were out in Henrietta.  It had been SO long since I was at that mall.  I'm not a big fan of that mall.  We always go to Eastview so I guess I'm an Eastview snob.  Anyways, when we first got there I was shocked, as I thought the play things were glass!!  I was thinking how stupid!!  They're actually a rubber material but look really shiny so it's deceiving.  I know my boys had a good time except there were too many older kids running around that should not have been in there.

    We took B on Saturday and there were only 3-4 kids there, and luckly they were all her age. But on Sunday there were tons of kids. The benches were full and it wasn't as fun for her. But she has a great time there. I really like it but I know what you mean about the older kids. It was that way on Sunday. I really like the equipment. But she decided that climbing up on the bench and then to the carpeted area behind the benches was the best part. Go figure. I so want that tree for our back lawn:)

    TTC since 6/2003. m/c 9/14/03 8 weeks, 5 chemical pregnancies, mmc 6/04 12 weeks, Michael born sleeping 5/25/05 at 22weeks always our angel, fought ovarian cancer and won, m/c 4/06 5.2 weeks and 7/07 6.6 weeks,Our Miracle baby girl born 4/8/10,mc 12/18/11 at 5.3 weeks, BFP 10/26/12 dating u/s on 11/8/12 showing a strong heartbeat!EDD July 4,2013. RCS on 6/27. Baby boy in NICU for 8 long and scary days before he was able to come home. We are now a happy family of 4

    We were there on Sunday too!  And once my youngest saw some other kids getting up on the benches that's all he wanted to do too :o(  What time were you there?  I think we were there around 2:30/3:00 (ish)

    Sunday at around 3:30-4. My husband was with me and had his uniform on that had those big letters "fire rescue" on the back. We took turns running after her while the other sat and enjoyed their coffee...

    I was there on Sunday too for the first time.  Around 7pm though.  It is cute but there were way too many kids and about 3 or 4 big kids.  The one was probably 8 and kept flying around bounding up the tree thing.  He kicked her in the face as he jumped around her to cut in front of her and go up the tree.  I know it was an accident, but I was so angry.  Especially bc she still had pretty fresh stitches on her face.  I wanted to grab him by the arm and march him out, but I mostly controlled myself and only said (pretty loudly) "It's ok Ellie, just stay away from the big kids that aren't supposed to be in here anyway."  We pretty much left after that bc all I could picture was her getting hurt and reopening the stitches.

    We will probably go again, but hopefully more during the day time.  Or weekday.  I don't go often to the mall anyway, but when we are there we will check it out.  I have to say, she was super excited as we rolled up to it.
